We are an Australian & New Zealand Wholesaler.

Shipping times vary depending on location, all delivery charges are worked out by quotation only national and international. Dispatch and handling times will be up to 1-4  business days on all orders for items in stock, Should a product become out of stock we will notify you by phone or email within 2 or so days. To obtain an immediate shipping price to your location, please contact us by phone or email.

We ship to all of Australia & New Zealand. We can send to some other countries depending on brands and products requested. Our prices on this website are in AUD only. There are no freight charges shown on the website and are only calculated after your proforma order is officially invoiced. We will not ship you item/s unless the correct shipping has been added to your final invoice.

For all countries, please phone us or email for a frieght quote. Frieght quotes can normally only be calculated after we are advised the stock required. We will not ship you items unless the correct shipping has been added to your final invoice. Creative Wholesale Distributors offer free transit insurance in compliance to the specified ‘goods damaged in transit’ conditions.

It is your obligation to advise the correct delivery address details to us prior or at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn if an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

The driver will leave a card advising the receiver that a delivery was attempted. The receiver is then to make contact directly with the courier to arrange another mutually convenient delivery date or collect from the closest depot. Re-Delivery charges may apply in the event you have been notified of the tracking number and dispatch date (your tracking number is in your account & also emailed)

Goods may be left but only if we are in receipt of written instructions from the buyer or receiver. These instructions can be included in the "Special Instructions" panel.

Please note: if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Minimum Order & Invoicing

We ship to Australia, New Zealand and some other countries depending on products or brands. Our prices on this website are in AUD only. Minimum order is $350ex gst and we can offer split cartons and closeout deals to all our customers when available. Any order under $350ex gst may occur a fee as per our conditions page.

Freight Charges

Freight charges are non refundable after delivery. all delivery charges are worked out by quotation only national and international.

International Delivery

All deliveries outside of Australia may be liable for extra Duties, Taxes and/or regulatory fees levied on the shipments by the destination country regulatory authorities. All quotations made by us will not include these fees.
